About Me
I’m passionate about helping people improve their well-being and find their own path to healing. Through my work with the Wim Hof Method, I offer transformative experiences that empower others to enhance their health and discover their inner strength.
Originally from Poland, I’ve embraced a global perspective through my travels and experiences. I’ve explored 30 countries and lived in 6, including China, Thailand, Indonesia, and India. I studied computer science at the University of Liverpool and spent a year in China, diving deep into the culture and language.
My Work and Mission
I run Wim Hof Method workshops and retreats for both individuals and corporate clients. My mission is to provide powerful and transformative experiences that help people enhance their health and well-being. I’m dedicated to sharing what I’ve learned and inspiring others to explore effective tools for personal growth.
Adventures and Discoveries
My journey has taken me on incredible adventures. I’ve hitchhiked across Europe, stayed with a local family in a remote Vietnamese village, and lived in the jungles of Thailand and Indonesia. A highlight was spending 4 months at Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Center in India, where I immersed myself in yoga, daily rituals, and spiritual practices.
During a challenging period in my life, I experienced a mental breakdown that led to ongoing struggles with mental health, including anxiety, dissociation, and depression. This also affected my physical health, prompting me to explore a wide range of healing techniques—from meditation and yoga to psychedelics, fasting, and various alternative therapies.
Despite these efforts, I developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which conventional medicine couldn’t address. Determined to find a solution, I explored different diets, cleanses, supplements, and brain retraining programs. After several months, I began to improve and decided to settle in Mataró, Spain, where I now focus on helping others through my personal experiences.
My Wim Hof Method Experience
I discovered the Wim Hof Method through a documentary that showcased Wim Hof’s incredible ability to train people in extreme conditions in just a few days. Intrigued by his methods and message, I began practicing WHM myself. The breathing exercises and cold exposure have been powerful tools for managing stress and anxiety, helping me feel more balanced and energized.
One of my most memorable experiences was climbing Mount Sniezka in Poland during winter in -10ºC temperatures, wearing nothing but shorts. This challenge reinforced my belief in the power of WHM and its impact on my life.
Lessons from the Wim Hof Method
My two key lessons that I got out of practicing WHM for years are:- We’re Capable of More Than We Think: We can achieve more than we believe possible.
- Changing Our Chemistry, Changing Our Feelings: Our emotions are influenced by our body’s chemistry, and by adjusting this chemistry, we can change how we feel.
