Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Workshops<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days<\/strong> before the workshop.<\/li>\n
  • 50% refund for cancellations made within 7 days<\/strong> before the workshop.<\/li>\n
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours<\/strong> of the workshop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Retreats:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days<\/strong> before the retreat.<\/li>\n
    • 50% refund for cancellations made within 14 days<\/strong> before the retreat.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours<\/strong> of the retreat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Transfer Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • You may transfer your booking to another person OR to a different workshop date.<\/li>\n
      • A maximum of one transfer<\/strong> is allowed per booking, and it must be used within 3 months<\/strong> of the original date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n

        Postponement or Cancellation Due to Minimum Participants<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Workshops require a minimum of 3 participants<\/strong> to take place.<\/li>\n
        • If the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel<\/strong> the event.<\/li>\n
        • In such cases, participants will be offered:\n
            \n
          1. A full refund<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n
          2. The option to join the next available session.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n

            Force Majeure Clause<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops or retreats due to circumstances beyond our control<\/strong> (e.g., extreme weather, health restrictions, or other unforeseen events).<\/li>\n
            • In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of:\n
                \n
              1. A full refund<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n
              2. The option to reschedule to a future date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
