He explorado 30 pa\u00edses y vivido en 6, incluyendo China, Tailandia, Indonesia e India. He hecho autostop por Europa, me he quedado con una familia local en un remoto pueblo vietnamita y he vivido en las junglas de Tailandia e Indonesia. Uno de los momentos destacados fue pasar 4 meses en el Centro de Yoga Isha de Sadhguru en India, donde me sumerg\u00ed en el yoga, rituales diarios y pr\u00e1cticas espirituales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0244f25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0244f25\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durante un per\u00edodo desafiante en mi vida, experiment\u00e9 un colapso mental que condujo a luchas continuas con la salud mental, incluyendo ansiedad, disociaci\u00f3n y depresi\u00f3n. Esto tambi\u00e9n afect\u00f3 mi salud f\u00edsica, lo que me llev\u00f3 a explorar una amplia gama de t\u00e9cnicas de sanaci\u00f3n, desde la meditaci\u00f3n y el yoga hasta los psicod\u00e9licos, el ayuno y varias terapias alternativas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba06b41 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ba06b41\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A pesar de estos esfuerzos, desarroll\u00e9 S\u00edndrome de Fatiga Cr\u00f3nica, lo cual la medicina convencional no pudo abordar. Decidido a encontrar una soluci\u00f3n, explor\u00e9 diferentes dietas, limpiezas, suplementos y programas de reentrenamiento cerebral. Intrigado por sus m\u00e9todos y mensaje, comenc\u00e9 a practicar el WHM por m\u00ed mismo.
