Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshops:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 7 days before the workshop.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop.

Retreats:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the retreat.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 14 days before the retreat.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the retreat.

Transfer Policy

• You may transfer your booking to another person OR to a different workshop date.
• A maximum of one transfer is allowed per booking, and it must be used within 3 months of the original date.

Postponement or Cancellation Due to Minimum Participants

• Workshops require a minimum of 3 participants to take place.
• If the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event.
• In such cases, participants will be offered:
  1. A full refund, or
  2. The option to join the next available session.

Force Majeure Clause

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops or retreats due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, health restrictions, or other unforeseen events).
• In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of:
  1. A full refund, or
  2. The option to reschedule to a future date.
